Applies to both Android and iOS apps:

When connecting to our radio stream, your IP address will be sent to our radio service provider in order for us to track listening trends and provide licensing bodies with royalty reports. Once our service provider receives your IP it is immediately anonymized, deleted, and becomes untraceable. This data is never sold on or passed to other companies.

iOS Apps

Apps for iOS do not collect personal data. But they communicate with Radio.co's servers to load app preferences and connect to the audio stream.

The Caribbean Christian Radio Station iOS App does not collect any user data when installed or launched on your device

Android Apps

Apps for Android do not collect personal data, but may monitor other apps on a user's device in order to control the audio.

When a Radio.co Android app is launched on a device, it will continually monitor the 'state' of the phone app (idle, incoming call, in call, and call ended). This is to ensure the audio can pause if the user receives or makes a phone call. The app does not record audio or collect phone numbers. The app also requires access to the user's local storage in order to store your app configuration (colours and images) on the device.

The Christian Caribbean Music Station Android App does not collect any user data during use. In order to provide audio control during Phone App use, the App will monitor the 'state' of the phone App (Idle, in call, call ended) if applicable on your device. At no point will the App be able to listen in or derive phone numbers or data.
The Android App also requires access to local storage. This is to store its configuration for faster launch times.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

When you visit the Site, we may collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.

Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Browsing Information”.

We collect Browsing Information using the following technologies:

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We use the Purchase Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Purchase Information to:

Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information may be transferred outside of Europe, including to Canada and the United States.

DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Purchase Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

CHANGES

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
